I had the great fortune of interviewing filmmaker Weston Razooli, Director of the TIFF Midnight Madness Closing Night Film, RIDDLE OF FIRE, at the film’s red carpet premiere at TIFF 2023. Just shy of midnight, it was the final red carpet of TIFF 2023 – yet the atmosphere was BUZZING!
I spoke with Razooli about the making of his neo-fairytale (described as a Midnight Madness film that’s fun for the whole family!) and the movies that scared the heck out of us as kids!
